Refund Policy

Say it With Crayons Refund Policy

At Say it with Crayons, we are committed to delivering high-quality, handcrafted crayons to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, we have implemented a “No Refund” policy. Please review our policy guidelines below before making a purchase.

  1. All sales are final: We do not offer refunds on any products, including custom orders and sale items, unless the item received is different from the description provided or is found to be faulty.

  2. Exchanges: In some cases, we may consider exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within three days of delivery and refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for further details.

  3. Order cancellations: We do not offer refunds for order cancellations. However, if you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.

  4. Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within three days of delivery at info@sayitwithcrayons.com, providing your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will be happy to replace any damaged crayons.
